Strategic Transformation Solutions partnership with its clients does not end after the contract is satisfied – we continue follow-up evaluations to ensure the transformation continues on the right path – a signature offering that sets us apart from other performance management and leadership consultants.

How it Began

Strategic Transformation Solutions (STS) was founded in 2011 by Gwendolyn Madison Hall. With a laser-focused passion and determination to jump-start paradigm shifts and transformation in individuals and organizations, Gwen has helped individuals, couples, teams and organizations implement strategic change that has yielded incredible outcomes. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Finance and a Master of Science degree in Organization Management with a Leadership Specialization.
